Hello, I'm Lou, and welcome to Buttons & Things Co.

Buttons have been part of my life for over 30 years. I first worked alongside my mum in our family haberdashery shop, and although a lot has changed since then, my love of beautiful buttons and sewing supplies has never faded.

Today, Buttons & Things Co. is a small family-run business based in our Cornish workshop, where my husband Simon and I carefully pack every order. We believe the little details matter, whether you're replacing a favourite cardigan button, designing a special garment, creating a textile artwork or searching for the perfect finishing touch for your latest project.

Our collection has grown into thousands of carefully chosen buttons, buckles, fasteners and sewing accessories, alongside a growing range of needle felting supplies, roving wool, embroidery kits and craft materials. We also hand assemble our own exclusive glass and metal button collections here in our Cornish studio.

We're proud to supply everyone from home sewers, knitters and crafters to fashion designers, costume makers, theatres and television productions. Wherever you are in the world, you'll receive the same friendly service and carefully packed order.
