- Business Days: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note these are estimates and may vary.
3. Shipping Costs
- Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are based on your order's weight, size, and destination.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over £50.00 within the United Kingdom
- Tracking
- If you would like tracking for your order, please choose that method at checkout
5. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Changes and Cancellations
