Dispatch and delivery

Thank you for shopping with Buttons and Things Co. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery and dispatch process:

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: After payment is confirmed, we aim to process your order within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Options: We offer several shipping methods, times vary according to your location and delivery method.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note these are estimates and may vary.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are based on your order's weight, size, and destination.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over £50.00 within the United Kingdom
  • Tracking
  • If you would like tracking for your order, please choose that method at checkout

5. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Changes and Cancellations

  • Order Changes: Once your order is placed, changes may not be possible. Contact us right away if you need to update your delivery address.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
