Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Buttons and Things Co, your satisfaction is our top priority! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help make returns and refunds as easy as possible.

Terms of Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging
  • Please note that certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Reason for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective items: If your item arrived damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologise! Please get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong item, we’ll fix it at no extra cost.
  • Change of mind: If the product isn’t right for you, that’s okay too! We're happy to accept a return if it’s still in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact Buttons and Things Co at louisecox54@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for returning your item.
  3. Pack your item securely, including the original packaging, and write the RAN outside.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Process of Refund

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
