Buttons & Things Co is a small, family-run business born in 2020 but backed by over 30 years of experience in the haberdashery world. Our passion for buttons has taken us on a journey to find unusual and unique designs from across the globe, and we even create exclusive pieces right here in Carbis Bay, Cornwall.

From Lockdown Project to Established Business
The idea for Buttons & Things Co came to life during lockdown when I, furloughed from my job in holiday sales, decided to return to my first love—decorative buttons. After 20 years running a haberdashery shop with my mum in the North of England and 18 years in retail and hospitality, moving to Carbis Bay opened an exciting new chapter. Now, working from my workshop in Cornwall, I’m surrounded by colour and creativity every day, sharing my passion for buttons online!
